You may want to rest a day and stay on through Monday night for the Workflow Lab.

Week 2: May 24-27, 2010 Monday through Thursday

In week 2 we are holding offering 2 additional courses not usually available.
The 1 day workflow class will be taught by one of the instructors that help write the courseware with an additional lab session to address specific workflow question. This class should appeal to customizers and managers wishing to use workflow to automate business processes.

For developers only, we are offering the new Extending CRM 4.0 class. This class introduces .Net developers to techniques and practices used to extend the functionality of CRM beyond what you can accomplish with customization alone. Requires C# or Basic .Net and jscript skills as a prerequisite.
