Digicel Group is the largest and fastest growing mobile telecommunications operator in the Caribbean. Currently, Digicel is in the process of rolling out Microsoft CRM in Jamaica and Trinidad, with planning underway for other countries in the Caribbean. Digicel needed their technical staff trained and turned to Biz IT Pro and Netcom for the solution. Further training is in the pipeline for Digicel’s 400 customer care representatives in Trinidad.
