Business IT Professionals, Inc. Provides Training to c360 Support Staff

Biz IT Pro Trains Employees With the Tools to Support the Customer Service Process

Cary, NC: Business IT Professionals, Inc. (Biz IT Pro) was recently chosen as the CRM training provider for c360. Members of c360’s Product Engineering and Global Technical Support teams volunteered their weekend for two days of personalized training sessions focused on Customizations and Configuration for MSCRM.  The two-day course took approximately 20 hours to complete.
