Microsoft Certified Trainer Adds to Roster of North Carolina CRM Firm

(Biz IT Pro), a North Carolina-based customer relationship management solution provider, announced that one of the firm’s lead consultants, Richard Moore, has been awarded Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status with a competency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To achieve Microsoft Certified Trainer status, Moore has demonstrated his proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and shown a proven ability to deliver high-level skills training.
