Microsoft Certified Trainer Adds to Roster of North Carolina CRM Firm
Cary, NC: Business IT Professionals, Inc. (Biz IT Pro), a North Carolina-based customer relationship management solution provider, announced that one of the firm’s lead consultants, Richard Moore, has been awarded Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status with a competency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To achieve Microsoft Certified Trainer status, Moore has demonstrated his proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and shown a proven ability to deliver high-level skills training.

Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are the premier technical and instructional experts in Microsoft products, technologies, and solutions. To ensure a superior learning experience for their customers, MCTs are the only individuals Microsoft authorizes to deliver training that is based on Official Microsoft Learning Products or Microsoft Dynamics Learning Products for the MCT program. MCTs must complete rigorous testing to confirm their expertise and understanding of their subject matter.
In addition to his training capabilities, Moore is proficient in application and system architecture, integration, software development and database design. He has been engaged in the planning, design, installation, integration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM since its first release, and is skilled in other Microsoft Dynamics applications, as well.
