Microsoft Gold Certified CRM Training Firm to Offer Intense Training for Dynamics CRM 4.0 Users in August
Business IT Professionals (Biz IT Pro), a Microsoft Gold Certified CRM training firm, has developed its own line of training courses for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 that surpasses the basic functionality requirements of the Microsoft Official Curriculum in order to equip CRM users and technical professionals with the competencies necessary to effectively utilize and obtain certification in the software. Because of the recent popularity of these courses, which have recently been featured in a series of training bootcamps across the nation, Biz IT Pro has opted to offer an additional bootcamp in the Triangle area in August.
The bootcamp will take place in Raleigh, North Carolina from August 2 to August 12. Biz IT Pro’s certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM instructors Tim, Mitch and Steve will teach both customer relationship management professionals and developers basic CRM implementation, and equip them with the skills necessary to handle specific issues that may be encountered in the planning and execution of Dynamics CRM projects.
Biz IT Pro’s initial bootcamp, from August 2 to August 7, will cover 8 days worth of Microsoft training in 6 intense days of certification preparation. It includes the following courses:
- 8911: Implementation and Deployment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
- 8912: Customization and Configuration for Microsoft CRM 4.0
- 8913: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Applications
Upon completion of the certification bootcamp, Biz IT Pro will offer additional training for technical users and .Net developers wishing to become more proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. This extended bootcamp, which will take place from August 9 to August 12, includes:
- 80003A: Workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (NEW!)
- 8969: Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for .Net developers
