half-day course is designed to introduce the first time CRM user to
the features and functions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is offered
in a four hour seminar with hands-on exercises to ensure you retain
the new topics. This course can be delivered on-site or via the
web. The course addresses the most commonly used features of CRM
with a heavier focus on the entities (records) used by all three
modules CRM: sales, marketing, and service.
