Our experience with CRM is broad and deep.

As early adopters of both Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and 4.0 for our internal use, we are heavy users of this feature-rich product throughout our business. We build our custom systems on this platform and believe this is the key to ensuring that our entire organization knows the ins and outs of Microsoft CRM. Our combined 16 years of Microsoft CRM experience as users, consultants, and trainers—along with the synergy of our team—will provide you with the best resources available in the industry.

Our Microsoft Certified CRM Professionals have deployed many Microsoft CRM installations, both directly and in partnership with other Microsoft Partners across the country. Our CRM projects have involved design & planning; installation; data migration; integration with other applications; customization; .Net development; implementation; and training. Our consultants currently deliver our proprietary Microsoft Dynamics CRM training modules both on-site and remotely via the web. Stephen Noe, Senior CRM Architect - Trainer

Steve is a veteran consultant with more than 25 years of experience in applications support. Steve has been involved in the design, usability analysis, implementation, and training for CRM systems since the mid 80s and with Dynamics CRM since CRM 3.0 was announced in 2005. With triple CRM MCITP certifications and dual trainer certifications, Steve focuses on CRM design for usability, user adoption, and training.

Richard Moore Senior CRM Consultant / Architect

Richard’s 35+ year career spans proficiencies in application and system architecture, integration, software development and database design. He has extensive experience as a consultant and application developer at IBM and MAPICS as their leader in advanced business applications such as eBusiness, ERP, Financials, Product Lifecycle and Business Process Management. Involved with Microsoft CRM since release 1.0, Richard is engaged in the planning, design, installation, integration and customization of Microsoft CRM and other Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Timothy Becker, MBA

Tim is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified Professional and Microsoft CRM Certified Trainer. He has been designing, installing, upgrading, customizing and integrating Microsoft CRM systems for the last 5 years since version 1.0 was released. Tim has assisted dozens of companies in successfully implementing Microsoft CRM and transforming their business processes. He frequently teaches the entire curriculum of Microsoft CRM courses to Microsoft Partners and CRM customers around the country, including CRM applications, installation, configuration, customization, administration, and data migration.
